Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you're happy with your purchase from Ceramar. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be glad to help you return or exchange your items.
Store Credit/Exchange Requirements:
  1. Upon receipt of your order, and you would like to return for exchange, refund, or store credit, you must contact within 7 days of receipt of the product.  Please email prior to shipping it back to us.
  2. Goods must be returned (shipped) within 7 business days after an issue is reported. 
  3. All items must be returned in the same condition you received. Items should not have been used. If the item is defective, please contact us to explain or send a photo of the defective product. 
  4. All tags MUST be attached to the items and in perfect condition.
  5. Ceramar reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return of items that do not meet our policy standards.
  6. A refund will not be issued if a returned item does not meet our exchange policy standard.  An email will be sent.
  7. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the items
  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. No exchanges/store credit on international orders.
  3. Shipping and handling charges and sales tax and duties on shipping are not refundable.
  4. SALE items are FINAL SALE.
